How do I get my money from Eventrra?

To make sure you get paid for your ticket sales, it’s crucial to provide Eventrra with your banking information.

You can be paid by direct deposit when using Eventrra.

Your payout will start processing 4-5 business days after the event ends.

Does Eventrra Provide Refunds?

Eventrra is a full service event mnagement gateway, ticket sales are provided as a service to providers and are not set by Eventrra.

Eventrra entertainment is a company created to be a one stop shop for entertainment needs. The vision is if you need it we supply it. We provide unlimited services and go the extra mile for the customer, fulfilling any needs they might have. We currently specialise in gate management, ticketing services, permit procurement, venue management and liaison services.

Our Gate management service includes starting with a gate plan to facilitate an organized entry of patrons to events whether large or small. We also provide staff to work at these points of entry for ticket scanning, banding and usually work in tandem with security officers to ensure each person entering is permitted to do so.

Our ticketing services encompass a 100% digital platform for purchasing tickets and receiving barcodes which are used for entry to events. This service is provided for free to the event planner and is at a cost to patrons. In every country there are certain governing and licensing authorities that regulate the execution of events and different aspects of same. Depending on what the event entails and where it is held decides which permits/licenses are necessary to allow for legal execution.

We are verse in which permits are needed for any type of event and where they can be procured. We also are willing to act on behalf of the planner in procurement and meeting with persons regarding the event, whether government officials, security forces or persons who own or manage entertainment spaces. This is also included in the liaison services we provide.

Our team members have over 15 years experience in the entertainment sector, and have worked in different areas such as planning, execution, promoting, marketing, venue management, security and gate and stage management. We do have the resources to connect our customers with reliable and affordable service providers with any need that may arise while planning and executing an event. We have labelled ourselves a one stop shop and as such anything entertainment can be secured through us including staff, venues, and talents.
