Kingston Jerk

Kingston Jerk is one of the premier authentic Jamaican restaurants existing on the island. Our culture of jerk is steeped in practices of Maroons, who would cook meat on wooden spits (pimento, sweet wood etc.) where the smokey flavours would give the meat a special type of flavouring. As such, we sought to continue that tradition, ensuring our meals had a unique taste.
